Production and Quality
Here at KinetiTeK, we are dedicated to bringing our customers
outstanding quality products and service. Every effort is taken to
ensure that even the smallest of details are factored in every day.
There are many things that go into making sure that we bring you the very best...
Because You Deserve It!
A Few Things To Mention About:
The Generator: a word about voltage...
The voltage source may be the same or higher as constant voltage generators at the beginning of the operation but the similarity
between constant voltage and constant current generators diverges rapidly. Constant voltage generators are high risk for "runaway", a condition
where agglomeration (clumping together) of silver particles happens due to the increased water conductivity. The higher the water conductivity, the faster and larger the silver
particles are released. The larger particles released increases water conductivity. This becomes a vicious cycles resulting in particles that are large and non uniform, low
surface area dispersion, agglomeration and an inferior product.
Constant Current Generators have a special regulator. As the current flow
begins to increase with increased water conductivity, the "constant current" regulator begins to reduce the voltage in order to keep the current at the desired amount of flow. With the voltage being reduced in order to keep the current constant, the silver particle size remains uniform. As the water becomes very conductive, the voltage may be reduced to as little as 5 or 6 volts to maintain the desired current flow. Constant current equals constant size particles(uniformity) with high particle surface area resulting in a safe and effective product.
Our Particle Size: .001 - .005
This is a transmission electron microscope (TEM) photo of CS made by the CS generator in use in our facility. The typical particle size is in the range of .001 to .005 um. Magnification is 410,000 times. Notice the uniformity of particle shapes/size. Also note the particles are separate rather than agglomerated. This is an example of high quality colloidal silver.
KinetiTeK Nutraceutical Solutions has implemented current
Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), into all aspects of our
business. In compliance with cGMP's, we have created
documentation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance,
as well as within the Operation and Procedures Manual,
in order to ensure that consistent product manufacturing
protocols maintain our high standards.
The Operation and Procedures Manual outlines standard operating procedures
detailing complete explanations of each and every step involved in each and every
task. Every employee has completed cGMP training including timely updates and/or
revisions ensuring cGMP standards remain current. Preventative and remedial
action plans have been developed to ensure that all protocols and procedures
are performed as outlined in the Operation and Procedures Manual. Following
standard operating procedures according to the Operation and Procedures Manual,
ensures that each procedure is performed identically regardless of the employee
performing it.
Quality Control Personnel oversee procedures and manufacturing of each product,
verifying quality and/or purity of raw materials used in production, storage and
shipping, as well as research, updates, and implementation of changes to procedures.
